COBALT advised Nordea Bank AB

COBALT acted as Estonian advisor to Nordea Bank AB in a financing transaction relating to Partners Group’s acquisition of a property portfolio from Sveafastigheter.

Nordea Bank AB provided senior financing to Partners Group, a global asset manager headquartered in Switzerland, in purchasing a large property portfolio from Sveafastigheter Fund II. The portfolio is worth approximately EUR 340,000,000. The transaction closed on 31 August 2015.
