COBALT advised Geneba in sale of Baltic real estate portfolio to Laurus

COBALT advised the Dutch commercial real estate company Geneba Properties N.V. in the sale of its Baltic real estate portfolio to Laurus S.a.r.l, a joint venture of the clients of the Swiss investment company Partners Group and Northern Horizon Capital.
By this transaction, Geneba sold 42 properties in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia and exited the Baltic real estate market in order to focus on its core markets in Germany and Netherlands. The most important properties of the sold portfolio were the bank buildings of SEB in the Baltic states, including the head office at Tornimäe in Tallinn.
