COBALT advises Santa Monica Networks on sale of its Finnish-Baltic subsidiaries

COBALT advised Santa Monica Networks Group on sale of its Estonian and Finnish subsidiaries to telecommunications company Elisa Corporation and Latvian and Lithuanian subsidiaries to Livonia Partners. The transaction is expected to be completed by 1 May 2017.

Santa Monica Networks has been working in the IT market since 1989. It is a regional market and expertise leader in supporting core networks, data security, unified communications as well as data centres.

COBALT advised the client in all stages of the transaction, including helping target companies during the due diligence process, drafting the sales and purchase agreement and representing the client during the negotiations.
