COBALT advised The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ:MIDD) on acquisition of Sveba Dahlen Group, a leading manufacturer of high-quality bakery ovens, baking equipment and planetary mixers in Northern Europe. The acquired group has approximately $60 million in annual sales.

Our assignment comprised advising the client on Estonian law matters during the entire acquisition process. COBALT team was led by Senior Associate Heleri Tammiste and Partners Pirkko-Liis Harkmaa and Martin Simovart.
