COBALT advised 4finance on its corporate governance structure

4finance is one of Europe’s largest digital consumer lending groups with operations in 16 countries.

COBALT audited the existing corporate governance structure of 4finance and assisted the management to implement the necessary improvements in the corporate governance framework of the group.
