COBALT advised Luminor Bank on renewal of its EMTN and promissory note program

COBALT law firm advised Luminor in connection with the annual update of their 5 billion euro EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) and covered bond program, tender offer in relation to existing notes in the amount of 600 million euro and issue of new restricted senior preferred notes in the amount of 300 million euro. We advised Luminor on reviewing and updating the EMTN and covered bond program base prospectus, as well as all other documents related to the program, tender offer and new issue from Estonian law perspective.
