COBALT advised joint lead managers on issue of 30-year Eurobond by the Republic of Latvia

COBALT advised Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Citi and Goldman Sachs International as the joint lead managers on issue of 30-year Eurobond by the Republic of Latvia in a total amount of EUR 700 million, including advice on taxation of income from bonds and withholding tax.

According to the Treasury of the Republic of Latvia, the orderbook was well oversubscribed and Eurobond offering was allocated to more than 70 investors, mainly from Europe.
