COBALT advised NEXTCLINICS on acquiring F-Est OÜ

COBALT advised NEXTCLINICS International GmbH on acquiring 100% stake in the reproductive medical services provider F-Est OÜ that owns Fertility Clinic Nordic. The value of the deal is confidential.

NEXTCLINICS operates a network of modern and highly specialised healthcare facilities and offers care primarily in allergology, clinical immunology, pneumology as well as other related fields. Entering the European market in 2015, this dynamically growing healthcare company with headquarters in Germany aims to foster innovative procedures in healthcare combining the latest diagnostic and treatment methods with a patient and client-centric approach and using high-tech communication technology.

Fertility Clinic Nordic is a dynamic ART clinic founded in 2010. The clinic is offering a broad range of fertility services, everything from IVF, preimplantation genetic testing, egg and sperm donation, and social freezing options.

Our work comprised conducting the due diligence, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, establishing the holding company in Estonia and coordinating the work in foreign countries.
