COBALT advised Silberauto on selling its enterprises in Estonia and Lithuania to Finnish Veho, one of the largest vehicle dealers in Scandinavia.
Silberauto, launched in 1990, is one of the largest and oldest companies in Estonia that represents the brands within the Daimler group, Jeep, Mitsubishi and Maserati. Since 2002, the company has also been operating in the Lithuanian market.
Finnish automotive company Veho was established in 1939, and it operates in addition to Finland also in Sweden and the Baltic countries.
COBALT advised Silberauto in all aspects of the transaction.
