COBALT advised Hansab Group on selling the recycling technology and solutions provider Moya OÜ to Swedish recycling machinery producer RVM Systems AB.

The primary business area of Moya OÜ, established in 2006, is the provision of recycling technology in Estonia

Hansab is a leading complete technology solutions provider in the Baltic States, Finland and Belarus. Their product portfolio includes automation, security, cash handling and finance systems.

RVM Systems is a 20-year-old Swedish company that develops, produces, manufactures, installs and maintains solutions for reverse vending machines.

Our work comprised advising the client throughout the transaction process, including assistance in the legal due diligence phase, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents and closing the deal. The client was advised by partner Martin Simovart and senior associate Heleri Tammiste.
