COBALT advised Steel Import Finland Oy on acquiring FinEst Metallid

COBALT advised a Finnish metal products wholesale company Steel Import Finland Oy on acquiring an Estonian reinforcement steel products manufacturer Osaühing FinEst Metallid.

Osaühing FinEst Metallid, founded in 2005, is specialised in the processing of reinforcing steel and manufacturing of reinforcement steel products. Reinforcement elements form a significant part of their production, which reach the customers in a finished state, ready to be put into the mould.

The client was advised throughout the entire transaction by specialist counsel Jesse Kivisaari and assistant lawyer Getter Villmann.
