COBALT advised Dithmarschen Baltic GmbH in acquisition of two agribusiness companies

COBALT advised Dithmarschen Baltic GmbH in the process of acquisition of 100% shares in two Latvian limited liability companies engaged in agriculture and holding approximately 600 hectares of land.
