COBALT advised Ambient Sound Investments in sale of InBio to Semetron

COBALT advised Ambient Sound Investments and other shareholders in the sale of 100% shares inOÜ InBio to AS Semetron which is a company engaged in the distribution of medical equipment and supplies.

InBio is engaged in the import, advertising, distribution and marketing of laboratory equipment and supplies in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

We advised the client in the preparations of the sales process and negotiations of the transaction as well as upon entry into the agreements.
