COBALT advised EURION Fund managed by Corum Asset Management in landmark office property acquisition from Baltic RE Group. The building is located in Townhall Square in the old town of Riga, overlooking the river Daugava and the Blackheads’ House.

Our work included advising the client throughout the transaction, including legal due diligence, advise on tax issues, drafting transaction documents, and representing the client in negotiations with the seller. COBALT team included Managing Partner Dace Silava-Tomsone, Partner Sandija Novicka, Specialist Counsel Sabine Vuskane, Senior Associate Diana Zepa and Associate Juta Meimere.

The acquisition is the second investment by Corum Asset Management in Latvia. COBALT has advised a number of Corum acquisitions in the Baltics.
