COBALT advised Prosperus Real Estate Fund III on the acquisition of a shopping center in Kaunas

COBALT advised UAB PREF III, an investment company for closed-ended informed investors, on the acquisition of a shopping center in Kaunas, the main tenant of which is Maxima. The fund has successfully expanded its portfolio of assets under management, which after this transaction consists of 3 shopping centres in Riga, Kaunas and Palanga.

COBALT represented the client in the preparation and coordination of the sales contract and other agreements, represented the client’s interests in negotiations and advised the client on all other issues related to the transaction. The COBALT team consisted of partner, Head of Real Estate and Infrastructure Practice Group Simona Oliškevičiūtė-Cicėnienė and Associate Kostas Grigaitis.
