COBALT advised Levine Leichtman Capital Partners on acquiring Creditinfo

COBALT advised a global private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners on acquisition of Creditinfo Group in partnership with its founder and management team.

Established in 1997 and headquartered in Reykjavík, Iceland, Creditinfo is a provider of credit information and risk management solutions worldwide. Creditinfo facilitates access to finance, through intelligent information, software and decision analytics solutions.

Our work comprised carrying out the legal due diligence and advising the client throughout the transaction.

The pan-Baltic team advising the client was led by our Estonian office’s team, consisting of partner Martin Simovart, senior associate Liina Saaremets, partner Karina Paatsi, associate Stella Raudsepp and associate Kerli Paasoja.
