COBALT advised real estate developers Reefo

COBALT advised real estate developers Reefo on the acquisition of the hotel “Nidos Banga”. Hotel “Nida banga” consists of four buildings, in total more than 4400 sq m and almost 100 rooms, most of which have a view to the Curonian Lagoon and 500 sq m restaurant with a large roof terrace. The hotel will be operational from 2021, June 1. The hotel was acquired for more than 6 million euros.

COBALT represented the client in the preparation and coordination of the purchase agreement and other transaction documents, represented the client’s interests in negotiations and advised the client on all other issues related to the transaction.
