COBALT advised Elektrum Eesti on acquiring the Imatra Elekter electricity retail sales business.

The transaction enables Imatra Elekter to complete the acquisition of its network services business by Elektrilevi. After the transaction, Imatra Elekter will continue to provide network service to about 25 000 customers. According to the Chairman of the Board of Elektrum Eesti Andrus Liivand, the acquisition of the electricity retail sales business of Imatra Elekter provides them with a good opportunity to grow even faster in the customer segments that are important to them, and enable them to make even greater efforts for the satisfaction of their customers.
