COBALT advised the Asteria Group, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity on the acquisition of Nordic Label and Data Print.

Asteria Group is an international group active in the production of a wide range of packaging materials.

Nordic Label, its subsidiary Estonian Label House, and Data Print is leading label manufacturers in Estonia and Finland.

Our work comprised of carrying out legal due diligence and advising the client throughout the transaction as a local advisor.
