COBALT advised PRFoods regarding the sale of Heimon Kala Finnish business

COBALT advised PRFoods regarding the sale of 100% shares of Heimon Kala OY to Kalaneuvos. The transaction includes Heimon Kala´s operations in Finland, including fish farming in Houtskar, and fish processing companies in Renko and Kokkola.

PRFoods is a leading fish and fish products manufacturer and wholesaler, which is listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange and operates successfully in Estonia, the Nordics, and Scotland.

Heimon Kala is a company with a long tradition of growing, processing, and selling fish in an environmentally friendly way.
