SIA Neste Latvijaa fully owned subsidiary of Neste Oil, Finnish refining and marketing company, who operates 38 Neste A24 stations in Latvia and is the second-biggest fuel retailer in the country, has sold its into-plane aviation fuels business at Riga International Airport to SIA Latvija Statoil.
