On 12 February 2007, BPT Optima S.A., SICAR, completed the acquisition of Barona Center in Riga, Latvia. Barona Center is a modern retail centre in the downtown of Riga with a leaseable area of more than 4,000 sqm.
COBALT carried out due diligence of the target and rendered Latvian law advice to BPT Optima S.A.
