COBALT advised Karma Ventures on series A round investment in Xolo

Tallinn, Estonia-based Xolo (formerly known as LeapIN) has secured 6.8 million dollars financing for its ‘virtual company service’ that allows pro freelancers from across the globe to launch and manage part of their business. COBALT advised venture capital firm Karma Ventures who participated in the round together with Vendep Capital and Leap Ventures.

Karma Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm, specialised in late seed and A round investments in Europe’s most promising tech startups. COBALT has previously advised Karma Ventures on investments in Realeyes, AppGyver, Plumbr, Adaptive Simulations, Minut, SpectX, CGTrader, MeetFrank, Sonarworks and Infermedica.

The client was advised by partner Kristel Raidla-Talur, senior associate Greete-Kristiine Kuru and associate Sven Böttcher.
