COBALT advised Karma Ventures on investing in Commsignia

Commsignia, Inc., a market leader in V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) solutions, announced the closing of an $11 million fundraising round led by Karma Ventures and the Samsung Catalyst Fund. COBALT was the advisor to Karma Ventures.

Karma Ventures (karma.vc) is an early-stage venture capital firm, specialised in late seed and A round investments in Europe’s most promising tech startups. COBALT has previously advised their investments into Realeyes, AppGyver, Plumbr, Adaptive Simulations, Minut, SpectX, CGTrader, MeetFrank, Sonarworks, Infermedica and Xolo.

In the Commsignia transaction, the client was advised by partner Kristel Raidla-Talur and associate Sven Böttcher.
